Bix has extensive experience in the design and analysis of building systems, with expertise in the investigation, alteration, and rehabilitation of existing structures.
He has designed and managed numerous flagship retail retrofit projects, as well as large-scale building renovations throughout New York City and the surrounding region. Bix represents major property managers, developers, and building owners on projects requiring practical, constructible solutions within complex urban environments.
He is licensed in several states and is a certified welding and bolting inspector through the International Code Council. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Baker University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Charles’s professional engineering career spans more than 35 years. He has led the design, analysis, and review of structural systems for both new and existing buildings.
He has extensive experience with the investigation, alteration, and rehabilitation of existing structures, as well as the assessment of distressed buildings impacted by collapse, fire, or wind. His work spans the commercial, retail, industrial, and institutional sectors across North America and internationally.
Charles is licensed in several states and is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Institute of Steel Construction, the American Concrete Institute, the Structural Engineering Association of New York, and the National Roofing Contractors Association. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Justin’s broad structural engineering experience centers on the renovation, alteration, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings. His work includes commercial lobby renovations and signature retail, restaurant, and hospitality retrofits across New York City and the surrounding region.
He has led the structural design of projects involving extensive modifications to existing framing systems for restaurant fit-outs, escalators, elevators, and feature stairs, as well as the design of specialized structures such as natatoriums and reinforced concrete pools.
Justin is licensed in several states and is a certified welding and bolting inspector through the International Code Council. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Master of Civil Engineering from Norwich University.

Jason is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and a certified welding and bolting inspector through the International Code Council. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.
